Order Cancellation/Modification
To cancel an order before delivery, please send your order number to Customer Service via the “Contact Us” section at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
Vapee Saudi Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons including limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
Orders cannot be modified once confirmed. If you wish to make changes, please place a new order and contact Customer Service to cancel the old one to avoid canceling all orders.
Exchange and Return
Items sold may be exchanged or returned according to the terms stated on the Exchange and Return policy page.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders according to the selected delivery date.
Vapee Saudi Store is not responsible for any delays or failure in delivery due to incorrect contact or address information. In such cases, the order will be canceled and no future orders will be accepted from the same account, which will be marked as fake.
For multiple orders, delivery may be consolidated without affecting the delivery fee stated for each order.
Delivery fees will apply separately for each order as shown on the invoice. However, the customer will not bear any additional charges beyond the total amount on the invoice.
All orders must be placed through the website. No new products will be delivered unless a new order is submitted.
Upon receiving the order, the customer must verify the contents and sign upon delivery.
The customer has the right to refuse the order if there is a mistake in item type or quantity. In such cases, the correct items will be delivered again at no additional delivery charge, provided the incorrect order was not fully received.
For international shipments, the customer acknowledges full responsibility for customs clearance procedures in their country. Vapee Saudi Store is not responsible for customs clearance.
The website bears no responsibility for uncollected shipments, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.
Product Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability on the website are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered.
Despite our best efforts, it is possible that some products may be listed at incorrect prices. We will verify prices as part of our order confirmation process.
- If the correct price is lower than the advertised one, the lower price will be charged at delivery.
- If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the additional charge or cancel the order.
Vapee Saudi Store is not obligated to provide any product at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation email has been sent.
Sometimes, a product may be added to your cart and the purchase completed, but later canceled due to unavailability.
You acknowledge that products may sell out quickly, and your order may be canceled even after receiving a confirmation message without penalty or compensation.
